Pros

There are many good things to talk about this place...genuine and caring founders, good staff benefits and salary packages, a big pool of excellent leaders and colleagues, a blend of diverse nationalities and experienced professionals to work with, and also an unique company in a Malaysian context where the global HQ is here. As a growing company it has gone through many stages of growth and great successes,.. generally it is a great place to work.

Cons

With the growth, there are growing pains... strategies changes in different stages and this can be challenging for those who are more comfortable in a more mature and structured companies. But to those seeking for challenges and wouldn't mind getting their hands dirty, this will be the perfect spot. With many new members coming in with the expansions, there are also some who brings in some negatives traits from their previous working place that makes things go a bit unsettled but if you know the founders and some of the leaders well enough, then you will soon realise that politics is not required to make your mark here...

Pros

Decent paying with full benefits Yearly bonus 401K percentage match Health insurance with great coverage yet affordable Career advancement oppurtunity Unlimited training Constantly being challenged. Always able to learn new things and grow within the marketing department. Great co-workers Managing Director is one of a kind (in a great way)

Cons

Salary increase only once a year (for entry level employees this poses a larger problem the those higher up). We are understaffed for what we are trying to do. Stress is high Constantly changing environment (which can be a pro as well)

Pros

Managing Director was fantastic. First two years was well-run. VP of marketing was hands down the best marketer on the planet, really knew her stuff, best leader I've ever worked for. Exec team took an unknown brand and not the most exciting product in the world and made it successful with only one ecommerce channel to work with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the numbers.

Cons

Cons didn't start until the global team in Switzerland took over. They took power away from our MD and all the VPs, and made all the decisions from Switzerland. They made horrible decisions, spent millions more than the original exec team yet caused sales to take a nose dive and drove the company to the ground. Do yourself a favor, if you ever see a job from Zaluvida or InQpharm, run far, far away. Those people have no idea what they're doing.
