Pros

- Lots of great electricians and knowledge in the field. - Opportunities to travel to new locations for work.

Cons

- Some of the worst project management I've ever dealt with. Constantly lacking materials or missing deadlines. - Not strict on license requirements (several "electricians" who have no licensure) - There seems to be a large divide between the field and offices, with each side disliking the other. - Prevailing wage practices are sketchy and seem to be aimed at underpaying you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're proud that our team's care and commitment to one another stood out to you — creating a supportive culture is something we take seriously at InPwr. We appreciate your comment about the location. The good news is that we're in the final stages of design for our brand-new headquarters, with a projected opening in late 2026. We're excited about the opportunities this new space will bring for our team and our continued growth. Wishing you all the best and thank you again for being part of the InPwr story! — The InPwr Team
