You are given freedom (within reason) to get the job done; prescribed approaches are rarely dedicated and this allows employees to grow organically. Whilst being predominately based away from the office, I still feel an integral part of the dedicated and excellent/well-based team. Management often (in my opinion) pay lip-service to listening and acting on employees opinions; however this is something InPhase genuinely believe in and actively demonstrate. .
