1. Worked with so many people who knew their stuff so I learnt a lot about the products on the job with advice from all of them 2. So interesting to learn how some technological gadgets work 3. Met so many lovely customers
Cons
The training modules at the beginning were a little unnecessary, since I learnt more product information whilst on the job.
