      Bonuses...... when you can get them.

      Cons

      Too many policy changes!! The training system is wasteful and there are too many members in corporate not communicating with each other which makes it difficult for us to run our locations.

      Great if you love working with customers.

      Cons

      Have to park and take a bus to your gate, adds an hour a day to the actual time spent at work. Over reaching management, rules for me but not for thee mentality.
