Pros

Lots of good people that work in the organization They pay well Their founder Todd Dipaola is very genuine in his aspiration for building a strong company culture with his “good peep” mission There is a concerted effort to keep the company relevant with new solutions, strategic acquisitions, etc.

Cons

Very top-heavy with management that’s really good at “evaluating performance/results” but not great at actually “creating performance/results” by opening doors, etc Not a lot of empathy from sales management regarding the difficult of the sales process in the post-COVID era; none of them have ever sold in it The actions the FTC took against the company re: privacy practices, is public knowledge and this is likely having a bigger impact on the success of their business then leadership is willing to accept

Pros

* The perks there are fantastic. Monthly get-centered days, monthly lunch-with-peeps, interesting monthly events hosted by HR, bi-annual company retreats (with karaoke and good food at all of them!), monthly MVPeep possible reward (around $1000, I think) * The people are fantastic. My coworkers, managers, IT, and HR were all fantastic. They want you to thrive and grow, but they give you the space to do your own thing without micromanaging. * The pay was good, and the raises every year were great. I got promoted without problems. * Work culture was healthy - I didn't really have to work much on weekends or overtime unless there were PagerDuty issues. Sometimes some coworkers continued work later than I did and reached out to ask questions, but they always respected if I was busy

Cons

* I think the only con I can think of is that there were two large layoff waves in the time I worked there. They paid fair severance and offered help in finding a new job through a technical recruiter, so it didn't really leave a sour taste in my mouth. There wasn't really much warning, though. * Not a big deal, but I worked mostly in a language completely different than the one I was hired for. I didn't mind much since the other perks far outweighed any cons.
