Art and Design non-profit. Many connections to galleries and studios throughout Philadelphia. Flexible schedule. Bosses are rarely in the office. Usually only for meetings.
Cons
Catch22. Bosses are rarely in the office. The direction is slim to none and response times are very slow if at all. However, if you take it upon yourself to make decisions based on your experience, it is frowned upon, even though it is hard to get concrete answers from the "leadership".
