      - Salary packaging and good pay for the field - Great comunication but managers don't harrass staff outside business hours/staffed hours - Thorough paid learning modules - Long hours offerred

      Cons

      - Some weeks may be hard to fill in shifts close by (may need to drive up to an hour), but usually this isn't the case
