Pros

Ingrade is a forward-thinking education technology company that is genuinely committed to improving learning experiences. The team is collaborative, passionate, and driven by the mission to make education more accessible and effective. The company values innovation, encouraging employees to bring new ideas to the table. There are plenty of opportunities for professional growth, with supportive leadership that provides regular feedback and mentorship. Work-life balance is respected, and the flexible work environment is a significant plus.

Cons

As a growing company, some processes and structures are still evolving, which can lead to occasional inefficiencies. Communication across teams could be improved to streamline operations and align goals better. Workload can sometimes feel heavy, especially during product launches or major updates, but the leadership is generally receptive to feedback on this.

Pros

Gained some real world work experience and learned about quality analysis processes in an academic data environment.

Cons

Company terminated all interns abruptly after 40 days of a 6-month internship. Promised to clear all dues within 45 days after termination. That deadline has passed and they have NOT paid a single rupee. This is wage theft. Do not join this company if you expect to be paid for your work. Management is completely unresponsive to follow-ups regarding unpaid stipend of Rs. 18,000 per month.

Pros

Nothing good to mention here

Cons

InGrade presents itself as an education platform, but in reality, there is no dedicated Data Science department. The interview process is highly misleading, conducted by non - technical who ask questions directly copied from ChatGPT without any proper technical evaluation. After joining, the role is completely different from what is promised — instead of working on real data science projects, interns are assigned irrelevant tasks such as Excel work, documentation, and note-making. The overall work culture is unprofessional, with the founder and other department members communicating more like a BPO team rather than a technical or educational company. Non-technical departments like sales frequently interfere in the workspace, show unnecessary authority, and often use abusive or disrespectful language. There is no learning, no mentorship, and no respect across departments. Overall, the environment feels like a BPO setup disguised as an education company, making it one of the worst experiences for someone who genuinely wants to build a career in data science. My message to new members is simple: if you are looking for real growth, technical exposure, and a respectful work culture, avoid joining such organizations.
