IGT is a creative consultancy actively trying to disrupt old and outdated models that no longer serve the process of creating true impact. The work requires developing new ways of thinking, problem-solving, and making, which isn’t always easy or straightforward - and while that work isn't necessarily suited to everyone, that’s OK.

For those of us that choose to be in this creative and comms business, we know what brings us here. It’s the people, the opportunity and the work. There’s so many agencies that talk a good game when few give one the opportunity and have the relationships to deliver. IGT is a small shop so you can hide, the resourcing is tight and the team is all in. We are all building something so as much as that’s a positive it is also a negative for the wrong person. For me I love it but if you're accustomed to big agencies IGT may be a struggle... if you are open to doing something different, then the reward is worth it but just do it eyes wide open.
