      Pros

      Great team, supportive people throughout the organisation, lots of training and development opportunities. Managers are supportive, approachable and easy to talk to. The Charities ethos is amazing and caring, all staff on site adore the young people who access the service. HR team were warm, friendly and supportive from day one!

      Cons

      I can honestly say there is nothing about working at InFocus I dislike.

      It has a salary, and lots of training.

      Cons

      I cannot expose all here but then there are no words to describe the injustice and torment I endured during my time here. I struggled to leave as I truly cared for the residents. Eventually, this was getting in their way, and they made it their mission to torment me - when this didn't work they manufactured a string of false information that I had no influence over - thus I was wrongfully terminated after a year of persecution.
