Worst - Architect InFORM Architects Employee Review

Worst ethics, principal architect doesn't interact with juniors, interacts with favorites, "project architects" are pointless have no clue about design or construction or even presentation. They stick around for so long in the organization. There's unnecessary hierarchy. They act like corporate, but they're just a wannabe. Promotions & payscale are horrible. They just want you to be Revitmonkeys, they call themselves as highly BIM oriented firm during hiring, but it's so outdated.
