      Pros

      Everything moves really fast. Being in an industry that is about to explode means that your ideas and contributions are highly valued. It operates much like a startup where things happen on the fly sometimes which makes it very exciting to come to work. The interpreters are so kind and have incredible stories to share.

      Cons

      Sometimes work/life balance is hard when things are happening so fast, so I would appreciate a more flexible schedule if I am working long hours.
