      1.Nice place to work with 2. Very friendly environment. i.e Management to employees. 3. Salary will be credited on time. 4. Continuous flow of projects.

      Dint find any cons... But can say sometimes work pressure will be high at the time of project delivery.

      Pros

      Open Culture where any employee can voice His/Her concerns that affect their growth and that of the organization His/Her training requirements His/Her interest in contributing in an area of interest, etc

      Cons

      Being a Startup, One Cannot expect 1. More Investment in Training and Certification even though its done fairly 2. Being a CRM & BI Focused organization possibly moving to other technology is not possible 3. Its only in Chennai
