Pros

InCommodities has everything in my opinion: - Work on a problem space that is critical to the green transition: If energy production isn't planned and balanced properly (energy trading is critical here), things break. And the more renewables are added, the more volatile the energy supply. - Autonomy and empowerment: InCommodities prides itself on bottom-up decision making where everyone can initiate and take responsibility for non-trivial decisions using an advice process. - Extreme transparency and trust. - Flat hierarchy. - Great pay. - Great location: Aarhus is lovely.

Cons

This is a place for high achievers. If you don't plan on giving your best and leaning into the culture, and instead prefer a low-effort, low-impact work-life, this place isn't for you.

Pros

very kind people, unmatched benefits, nice office space, flat hierarchy, high level of transparency across the entire company. People actually care about their employees which also shows through their actions and how we interact.

Cons

the office space has become too small for the size of the company, and sometimes the high level of autonomy can become tiresome and feel like different teams are too separated. There is not much diversity in the company, the large majority of employees are men.
