Pros

People there worked hard and were undervalued.

Cons

This started off as a great opportunity to work with a start up business with opportunity for growth. I was given autonomy to hire new sales reps but then the compensation did not match the candidates needed for the position. Turns out the CEO has a high demand but no direction on how to accomplish those goals.

Pros

What I liked from the very beginning was being given the chance to choose what my growth path would be. A ton of autonomy in my position and freedom.

Cons

Salary is not the highest but expected with an upstart.

Pros

- Start up environment - room to grow - flexibility I was given the opportunity to work in the sales for Incharged for 5 months. It was a great opportunity to have flexible hours which allowed me to work late into the night if I wanted to and have my mornings free to take the kids to school. CEO was flexible with my schedule as long as I met my KPI's. Had to leave due to medical reasons.

Cons

- growing to fast office not equip to handle - No health insurance To my knowledge they are moving offices soon
