      Pros

      Great management, an amazing learning experience, amazing staff, just a great place to work. This job does require PLENTY of hands on work.

      Cons

      LONG hours, don't expect to work an 8a to 5p. Try till 6 or later, sometimes till 9p. f your looking for a huge paycheck keep looking, kinda decent pay then okay.

      Pros

      Team work environment with employees with an outstanding work ethic. As a contract specialist the hours are flexible. The employee benefits are exceptional when opted for. The staff as well as management is helpful, congenial, yet, hard working.

      Cons

      Not a lot of downsides to share. The only downside is the promotional capabilities are more lateral moves versus upward due to the fact that it is a small business. Too many that is a pro not a con.
