      - Depending on your position, it's hybrid work - great company culture - everyone is super helpful - Managers are capable and open minded to new ideas and supported of workers who take initiative on projects

      Cons

      - depending on your position (ie. Sales), you will have training that include an exam (you must pass to move forward if you are sales) - Projects may have a long turn-around-time due to detailed reviews
