If you enjoy working around the clock, this is the job for you! Client parents with rude and hostile behaviors were catered to constantly in the name of $$$. Abysmal PTO accrual and PTO blackout dates. Expected to continue working during evenings and weekends, on top of Monday through Friday full time work, until you are completely burned out. Was assigned Saturday afternoon 1:1 shift with a client without being asked, with no end in sight (as a BCBA! Not an RBT!). Impossible deadlines and never ending paperwork (internal forms - literally checklists about checklists!). Unsustainable practices that will lead to collapse if there isn't serious change.
