Pros

You will get your salary on time.

Cons

Tech stack: It is outdated. There is no separation of different components. If you are changing one method it would end up affecting all other functionalities which you would not even know exists. KT : There is no Knowledge transfer done, you are directly assigned tasks and expected to understand the full product. Work : You will be fixing code of previous developers. Patchwork. Managers : Scrum master is good. But Team Leads are the worst. They are in a comfort zone in that company, that's why they don't take any efforts. MD : Worst !! If you do something bad, your time at IB is going to be worse. They take out their personal issues/anger on others and on experience letter as well !! HR : She is nice & helpful. CEO : He is intelligent and puts genuine efforts in understanding issues unlike existing lead employees. Sadly he has got bad ppl as Leads. Attrition : New good ppl join and leave within a year, only the ones who suck stay there for long. If you do something wrong once, they throw you under the bus. No work life balance. Lots of unnecessary rules. Wedded senior couple causing all the issues.

Pros

The organization fosters an inclusive culture and truly promotes diversity and women empowerment. The flexible work environment supports a great work-life balance, and the office vibe is energetic and positive. One of the best things here is that if you consistently deliver quality work, the sky's the limit for your growth your efforts are recognized and rewarded. The company also encourages ownership and accountability, which helps in personal and professional development.

Cons

Nothing significant to mention at this point.
