Cons

My experience at InBetween was extremely disappointing due to the company’s unethical HR policies and biased management. There is a clear bias favoring outsiders, who receive special treatment, while local employees are often overworked, underappreciated, and treated poorly. The company also engages in unannounced salary deductions and frequent changes to the CTC structure without informing employees in advance. This lack of transparency leads to financial uncertainty and distrust. The most concerning issue is that the final settlement was altered multiple times, seemingly as an act of retaliation against employees who raised their concerns. This behavior reflects poorly on the company’s integrity and professionalism. Overall, InBetween suffers from a toxic work culture, unethical HR practices, and biased leadership. I would strongly advise potential employees to think twice before joining, especially if they value fairness, transparency, and respect in the workplace.
