Pros
The pay was higher than expected for not being a union job, but still under average for the location. Midnight shift is the best shift. Small enough to have your voice heard on important matters, even though it will likely be ignored.
Cons
They pull idiots off the street and make them responsible for other people's medications when those workers have no respect for pharmaceuticals. Then those workers are perpetually angry with the qualified workers that 'show them up' by simply performing the job correctly. CEO is involved in shark tactics and the company will suffer for it. There is more drama and illegal activity going on at this place than a high school in the projects.
