Casual work environment, nice people, interesting work.
Cons
Being a family business, they don't treat everyone the same. Family members and people who have been there for many years get their pick of the material and have 3 times the moneymaking potential a new employee has. Trying to get new material out of them is impossible. If a seasoned vet -- who has more magazines than they can ever work -- asks for a new publication, they will get preference over a new employee.
