Comfortable place to work. - Senior Account Executive In The News Employee Review

I have been employed here for over 12 years and I can honestly say this is the best job I have ever had. The opportunities to work independently, excellent work environment and great people to work with make this an excellent choice for people interested in a real good career. I never thought I would stay here but I feel that the compensation is fair, benefits are on par with a company of this size and we are still a small company with the presidents door open to anyone. I recommend my company highly.

Sometimes you can get into a rut and need to reassess your approach to the position. This is not really a con but a personal suggestion.

Great pay, great hours, friendly people, ok training.

Very high pressure to sell to customers that were listed in the news papers by cold calling. You were a number to them, if you didn't produce they would replace you. Pilot new age departments don't last long there , if it doesn't product drastically it gets shut down by the CEO and people lose their jobs or get forced to go into sales like what happened to me.
