      Amazing people, awesome leadership, I feel cared about every single day and we make the best burgers on the planet!

      There is not a tuition reimbursement program for those with Bachelor's degrees looking to pursue a masters, although it would directly benefit the company.

      Pros

      Great pay. The events they host for associates are awesome. SOME managers and leaders are very welcoming and really CARE.

      Cons

      Higher leadership shows favoritism. The bi yearly surveys are not anonymous. Racism and prejudice is on display from DMs and RMs and retaliation happens.
