Pros
Working with diverse and kind clients Clean work environment Friendly coworkers within the studio Some room to grow
Cons
Many clients are put into contracts they don't understand and leads to difficult situations and bad reputations. no PTO or paternity leave!! Base pay is $10 per hour with an additional 8 if there are clients. Expected to clock out and stay at work if nobody is there. Base pay for managers is 42k a year with 78 hour work weeks and expected to work from home on weekends. 7am-8pm m-f (No benefits) Staff is not trained thouroughly for assisted stretching or management. Staff was told to lie to the clients during training and by corporate. many actions lead to several clients getting injured or worsening existing injury due to poor training. Owners and corporate run studios poorly and job description isnt clear always. Corporate and owners see the worst in their employees and clients at all times. Bribes customers for five star reviews.
