Pros
Lovely facility, good equipment, great trainging staff, great for working out, some good co-workers.
Cons
They belittle their employees and reward them for being disloyal to one another; basically the person who acts like a perfectionist and runs to management with the smallest complaint about another fellow employee will get the greatest reward. I've seen people fired and some of the hardest workers have gone unnoticed.
