      good for fresh graduate or interns

      Cons

      Many good employees left because of no increment and low base salary. All tech companies afford to pay higher salary but not here. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      Remote working has been smooth given clear communications and workflow processes. Regular team meetings are scheduled to help with this.

      Cons

      No major con - general remote working challenges due to the pandemic were faced too, but the team has adapted with the changing circumstances.
