      All is good and best . personal and professional both life is balanced simultaneously.and good income can be generated.full self independent.best and best.

      Sometimes can be problem to handle the situation like work pressure.but not can be manageable.

      Pros

      The ability to have a choice when being matched with a learner. The level of support ,care, ethics and training. I worked for 4 tutoring companies - this was my 5th and by far had the best quality of care towards the students as well as respect for their tutors.

      Cons

      I did not have any cons. I was free to choose to take on more students or not. There is no health insurance as you are an independent contractor- but that is expected.
