The ability to have a choice when being matched with a learner. The level of support ,care, ethics and training. I worked for 4 tutoring companies - this was my 5th and by far had the best quality of care towards the students as well as respect for their tutors.

I did not have any cons. I was free to choose to take on more students or not.
There is no health insurance as you are an independent contractor- but that is expected.
