      Pros

      The owners are wonderful. As a tutor, if you are dedicated to your students and good at teaching they will refer as much work to you as possible.

      Cons

      All of my experiences with this company have been great. I have nothing negative to say.They really care about the people who work for them and the students.

      Pros

      The ability to have a choice when being matched with a learner. The level of support ,care, ethics and training. I worked for 4 tutoring companies - this was my 5th and by far had the best quality of care towards the students as well as respect for their tutors.

      Cons

      I did not have any cons. I was free to choose to take on more students or not. There is no health insurance as you are an independent contractor- but that is expected.
