Pros

I am contractor for In Home CPR. I teach CPR, First Aid and BLS classes. The fact that it is contract position is a great benefit to me. I have two kids and I need flexible schedule. The management always give me a long notice as far as class schedule. At same time, they always offer extra hours to me when available. CEO Chris is very easy to work with as he is honest and direct. I love teaching and the classes are full of interesting people willing to learn. My invoices are processed with timely manner. There is free parking, coffee, and snack bars at the classroom. Even though I am a contractor, I feel as part of something bigger because the company teaches people an important skill.

Cons

There no full time positions at the moment. It is not something I want but I imagine there people for whom it is important. The work is mainly on the week end. Again, I like that but it might not be for you.

Pros

Fabulous company to work for and grow with!

Cons

No real downside, the challenges are mostly due to the nature of the changing economy and how that impacts a mobile training company.
