Pros

Easy to get into: The interview process was one of the easiest I've experienced. I replied to an ad they posted on Craigslist, someone called me shortly after and I had one in-person interview. Location: It is right on the coast highway so if you love the beach, it's within close proximity.

Cons

The activities / the culture: They are continuously hiring assistants to their (2-3) Sales Managers. One day you will spend your entire shift coming up with 100-150 leads for a particular category determined by your assigned manager. That alone can be difficult because some companies own so many different brands that it is unrealistic to list that many, even on an international scale. The following day will be spent trying to get the names of decision makers for these companies. A lot of the people you will call laugh at the figures you're trying to sell. There's no music or anything typical call centers have to lessen how boring your day's activities can be. If you aren't on the phone at all times, you will be screamed at from another room wondering why. If you can't keep up with their demands, you will be fired. I always wondered why they would spend so much time hiring and firing in this position and the only reason that makes sense to me is because if they fire you fast enough, they never have to pay you the commission promised when you're hired.
