      Pros

      -Better pay then the arc. -decent benefits.

      Cons

      -The higher ups treat staff like they are disposable. -The clients can get violent towards you. -The higher ups play favorites and let the favorites leave early or come to work late which messed up scheduling for the non favorite staff. -higher ups tell staff to treat the clients like adults but then do the opposite and treat the clients like kids and give them treats whenever they see the clients. - higher ups don't confront clients about false reporting and how it can negatively impact staff.

      Pros

      Very rewarding to be able to help residents reach goals and help them through every day stresses. Many locations you can work at. Always have opportunity for overtime. Good opportunity if you do not have any experience/education.

      Cons

      Administrative staff are shady. Management and staff are under-trained and there is a lot of turn over. Does not pay well. Can be extremely stressful and you are often left without resources or anyone to turn to when things get tense. They forced staff to new scheduled out of the blue which resulted in many employees needing to quit as they had to work two or more jobs because this one does not pay well.
