The emotional toll of working here outweighed any potential benefits.

Leadership created a stressful and miserable work environment. One owner frequently displayed controlling and erratic behavior, making it difficult to feel valued or supported. The other owner, though more passive, contributed to the toxic culture by enabling this behavior and occasionally displaying her own condescending and controlling tendencies.
