Literally everything.. work here if you are ok with supporting a racist, and sexist company. Management literally sets you up for failure if you are not their favorite person. They give you crappy leads while the OG gets her share of the good leads and gets statements (bonuses) handed to her while she’s sucking off the sales guys and management. One team lead in particular (keep in mind this isn’t the first time she had done something like this) broke the FCC regulations and pretended to be a business owner so that she could get their login information and access to their billing statement and get her commission from it. When the situation was brought to managements attention she wasn’t fired but instead they had the whole floor sign a paper saying how it was against FCC regulations to pretend to be a merchant and do what she did. A simple slap on the wrist. (If I were a business owner I would not do business with a company who supports unethical behavior) after the few months I worked there at LEAST 12 people either quit or were fired, all of which were women and majority African women. They changed their pay/bonus structure 3 times and changed the way we got the leads and who or when we could call, all of which did not help if anything it hurt yours and their success. The second that you didn’t have anything on the board they were quick to fire you, or set you up to fail (by giving you leads that weren’t good or out of business) so that they could fire you. If you aren’t making them money they are quick to drag you through the mud simple as that. Save yourself the stress and headache and work for something/someone better.
