Pros

Help with internet and wellness bills

Cons

Poor communications, no system for audits or improvement. Will lie and say all is good then cut you with little notice or justification. Classic smile to your face while they stab you in back.

Pros

Great benefits. Unlimited PTO (which we were actually encouraged to take), quarterly stipends, and solid health coverage. The team below leadership was full of talented, supportive, and hardworking individuals. Working with them was the best part of the job. Leadership did try to be transparent about finances, which was appreciated.

Cons

The Leadership team consistently ignored or dismissed feedback, especially when it came to our day-to-day challenges and project profitability. They seemed out of touch and often spoke to the team in a condescending way, especially during all-hands meetings. The team was amazing, but we were all overworked and undervalued. Despite the great benefits, compensation was low, and it felt like leadership didn’t care as long as we kept delivering. Financial issues were ongoing, and despite them being transparent about it and what they were trying to do to fix things, nothing really changed. A lot of our work was unprofitable, which left us scrambling to meet impossible deadlines. Leadership’s refusal to seriously address these concerns meant that a lot of us burned out fast. There have been multiple layoffs, and t’s clear that lessons haven’t been learned. Leadership didn’t take the team’s questions seriously and gave little thought to the fact that our financial security was at stake. Also, there’s no real career development or growth opportunities. The company is in survival mode, so while leadership talks about investing in employees, you won’t see it.
