It's a culture of high performance without being so demanding that you can't live your life.
Cons
Downsides: Can sometimes feel chaotic. A small business can sometimes feel like we get "less" than big corporations. We're tied to the marketing & advertising market, specifically HubSpot, which can be turbulent at times.
