1. Culture—Impulse Creative is AMAZING. I will shout on the mountaintops about how great an environment it is to work at Impulse. Many things happened personally during my time at IC, and they made me feel valued as a person first and worried about my workload second. 2. Work-life balance—I have a young child, and they made sure that family time was as important to them as it was to me. I was never asked to stay after hours or work weekends. They were very accommodating if anything came up that I had to care for my daughter. 3. Career Advancement - I was able to advance in my career, and they ensured it was doing something I was passionate about. I was also given the tools and autonomy to develop my skills in HubSpot to help cross-functionality with the team and become a more powerful super user of HubSpot. The team and people at Impulse Creative are amazing. They are caring and passionate about the projects they work on. I only have great things to say about my experience at Impulse, and I enjoyed the opportunity to work with amazingly talented HubSpot brains.
