- Company culture is 100/10 - Fully remote always has been even pre Covid - All of the management is encouraging and supports all employees to thrive in AND out of work - Strong values and they hire only people who fit those values which allow a great work environment to continue - A smaller company with a CEO who cares about people and doesn't just see them as employees - Excellent benefits including unlimited PTO (CEO will call for random mental health days company-wide), 401k, health insurance, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability, etc., - Super fun events like First Fridays which are monthly optional 1 hour meets with the team to play games and win prizes like Amazon gift cards (sometimes you get one for just dressing up for the theme!) - Company and upper management are constantly asking employees for feedback on what the employees want to do to improve the company from pet insurance to new or improved processes. Anything you want really - There is so much more too...
