low expectations/low-stress level, work-life balance is given and salary is okayish

Cons

Broken company culture, everything is communicated with Outlook, for what do you have MS teams? CRM is the biggest mess I saw in my life! Data is not accurate and most complexed one I saw, someone should build it completely from scratch,

Pros

New CEO is smart, capable, and doing a good job Benefits were good Catered lunch in the office each Wednesday

Cons

Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
