"Agile" fake scrum development cycle. Basically does waterfall development (which is the better option here) but with needless new-age micromeetings and planning scattered in to disrupt work.
HR isn't interested in actually handling interpersonal conflicts or harassment allegations against senior management.
Upper management loves to ask you questions that they've already decided the answers to, almost as a formality. Instead of giving you a deadline and asking what can be made in that time-frame, they ask how long X will take, then ask after you do the research work whether you can do it in half the time to meet a deadline they didn't tell you about.
