Pros

-Great work environment -Great for beginners -You get to learn more being on the job and they will provide you with a wiggle room in the beginning to perform better in the future -Senior reps and team leaders are very helpful

Cons

-No regular systematic salary appraisal for employees -Lots of promises but none of those are followed through -No job security unless your probation ends and even if it does end later on in slow seasons there is a very high chance of getting fired -Incentives are very uncertain, you will never know why you got incentives or why didn't you get incentives because management does not share the actual criteria and the full details -Fringe benefits are not really available to you from the starting which was not mentioned in their recruitment posts and even if you do become a permanent employee these fringe benefits are hard to obtain

Pros

Got to work with a great team to ensure the database was in order for all employees to use. They allowed me to get the experience to break into the corporate world.

Cons

I was not selected to continue working there.

Pros

Casual environment and flexible schedule

Cons

Culture: The office environment feels like high school. Cliques and gossip are the norm, and "icing out" colleagues is a common tactic. Management is aware of these issues but tells employees to simply "not let it affect them" rather than addressing the root cause. Workplace Safety: The sales team makes daily misogynistic comments that go unchecked. Business Ethics: The company is not transparent with customers. Products are sourced from AliExpress but marketed otherwise. Design Workflow: As a designer, being forced to use AI—even when it was inefficient and ethically questionable—was a major hurdle. There is zero transparency with customers regarding AI-generated social media and product photos.
