Pros

Great office environment with a really diverse and open-minded workforce Company is *attempting* to break into a very lucrative space within multiple industries

Cons

It starts at the top. Every member of the leadership team is clueless as far as product is concerned and communication from the top down is spotty at best. For a company so small, things seem awfully secretive a majority of the time. CEO takes his Series A (~$10.5m US) and immediately lets go of a significant number of employees in multiple departments within a couple of months, including the entire Lisbon engineering team. That should serve as a massive red flag to both the company's investors and anyone considering a position at Impraise. Customer churn is a huge problem. This is one of the most telling aspects of the company as a whole.

Pros

-Work from home when needed -lunch twice a week

Cons

The pay here is extremely low (targets not attainable). Also expect to be questioned what you are owed on every single commission statement and expense. I've never worked at a company that is unwilling to pay you. Do a quick LinkedIn search to see that over half of the US office has left before a year has passed. Some roles have been open for 6-12 months. Why? Poor health benefits, no office culture, no communication about direction/funding, and a product that loses to competitors due to basic features. If you need an answer to something, you'll get it...when someone feels like. As a company that promotes "transparency, communication, and feedback", I actually saw the polar opposite of this. There are also a lot of junior/inexperienced people who are leading teams. If you like working at a company that goes 5mph, this is the place for you. They are two years behind the rest of the market. If looking for a role here, I would ask: how many employees left in the past 6 months, when will funding close, what customer retention rates are, what % towards goal the company is at this year, how many QUALIFIED leads are generated, and where the company will be in 5 years

Pros

Great product in a buzzing market. Smart and friendly co-workers

Cons

-Poor communication from management to employees on road map -Do not deliver on contractual agreements -Expect to be treated more like a number than a person from leadership - Leadership is quite untrustworthy and what you are told by them is very often not what you receive.
