Pros

Uniform, ipad, training and manager chris

Cons

Owner comes over as corky, rude, childish and unwise and has a lack of respect for his hard working staff. He also hides behind hard working manager Chris, who has to clean up the mess that he has caused. Company does not pay you what you have earned. And the more you work the more they take. Or make up stuff thats completely false, so they can take off more money from your wages. And wages ends up being paid every 6 to 8 weeks if any is paid. They promise you can make thousands monthly but, then they find everyway to find not to pay you fully . Even when you work day and night for them. Company is in trouble financially and has been taken to court by ex staff member. They have at least 8 angry ex-employees that are all still asking for their wages and car expenses that is owned to them. This is just the ones i know about. Unreachable targets and unfair systems in place for the salepersons and cash prizes that you do not receive if won.

Pros

The members of staff at Impragas are the nicest bunch of people I have ever come across in a work environment! The pay is by far the best I've ever had from any of my previous jobs and the management team never fail to praise you for your efforts. The company is flexible with working hours; since my interview they have done nothing but listen and make sure my working hours are ok with me.

Cons

I feel as though certain members of staff don't appreciate the hard work that our management team put in at all- they work long hours, are ALWAYS there to help you when you need it (cannot stress this enough) and are nothing but supportive. Being happy for others in the job when given promotions etc. should always be expected, instead of being spoken about in a negative manner and underplaying their efforts behind their backs!
