Overall, good learning experience, fast-paced w wide range of projects to test your skill. The direction given for any project is clear & direct, can always re-confirming if u find any vague briefs.

Priorities can shift quickly, so need to be able to adjust quickly.

Supportive colleagues and team leader make it a pleasant place to work. There are no unnecessary meetings, so everyone can stay focused and productive. Communication is clear and effective across the team. The leave policy is also very flexible

As part of the overseas team, it can be difficult to build close relationships with colleagues based in Singapore, although this wasn't a major issue for me.
