      - Very high artistic and technical talent - People are collaborative, humble, and supportive - Strong craft culture and pride in final output - Room to take initiative and learn fast

      Cons

      High workload and tight deadlines, made harder by unclear leadership and communication gaps. It’s often unclear who owns decisions. Internal pipeline and tools feel outdated and continue to fall further behind production needs.

      Pros

      Long contract! Nice projects! Some cool people! Nice office! Good pay! No Overtime. With some people good communication.

      Cons

      Some Artists and VFX supes were having a very high Ego. There was some toxic nerdy attitude and comments, coming form some artists and supes who were why too much in to Star Wars and VFX to a point that it felt like bullying. Very chaotic on some shows. The company made promises, but in the end left our messages on ''SEEN''
