Pros

I could not ask for a better team! That is the highlight of my role, the people I work with are awesome. We have fun, we laugh and we get stuff done! Everyone helps each other out, even if it's not their specific role-they all jump in to help. Everyone is energized and always giving a shout out to other team members.

Cons

The only con is that we don't see each other as much as most companies- Everyone travels to clients sites, some work together and some don't. Regardless, we have very informative and fun team meetings that it makes up for not physically woking together.

Pros

IE has a strong leadership team and really capable people on the execution side. Our recruiting team has brought high quality new teammates in because our business is growing fast. I really like how our teams work with clients to get the job done. The focus is on being a good partner to drive results instead of just being in the advice business. A lot of typical consulting companies just go in and tell clients they have all these problems and to go fix them. IE really brings value because we partner with the client and actually execute the improvements. Never a boring day. Our people become embedded in the client’s organization and work as one team. Great company to be a part of working with great people bringing value to a lot of clients.

Cons

Health insurance is okay. Need more vacation days to be competitive

Pros

There are/were a few people there that were good people to work with, those people would still agree it's not a healthy environment.

Cons

This is a highly toxic and disorganized workplace. Communication was inconsistent or nonexistent, expectations were unclear, and there was little accountability from leadership. Employees were not made to feel valued, and there was a clear sense that people were easily replaceable. The lack of structure and direction made it difficult to succeed in any meaningful way. There were also concerns around the company’s ability to consistently deliver results to clients, which added to the overall frustration. Overall, this is not a supportive or professionally run environment. Toxic culture, poor communication, lack of leadership, no support, unclear expectations, concerns with client delivery.. It's all about the Money, not Teamwork.
