Wonderful place to work, with a culture that really challenges the pre-dated consultancy norms (in a positive way) that is truly unique to Implement. Autonomy is central to each individuals development but people are always very willing and eager to step in and provide assistance for both client and internal work. It would be great to see Implement grow on a global scale and foster this unique culture outside of Denmark. The talent internally is of a very high standard and the work and client output is of top quality.
