People & Culture: The people make this company. It’s our intense curiosity, courage to take risks, personal accountability, and knowing that at the end of the day, we’re here to make work life more pleasant and productive for everyone. Yes, everyone here is extremely bright and talented (in so many ways) and yes we’re building unbelievable tech but one of my favorite things personally is how compassionate and empathetic everyone is. I feel honored to work with such an inspiring group of people while doing what I love.
Executive Team: We have a phenomenal executive team who’s deeply invested in everyone’s success - not just company’s. This makes for a high growth environment where people are genuinely entrusted to do their best work, explore new areas, discover themselves, and grow with the company. The executive team does a great job of bringing their expertise and mentorship to the table, while also creating space and support for employees to create their own paths.
Cons
This isn't unique to any startup and isn't a con but we're learning a lot as we're going and we're moving fast!!! We really embrace this at Impira and there's so much we're doing for the first time. There's a ton of opportunity for impact with building new things out, scaling out existing processes, and doing things differently rather than following existing ways. I personally find this re-energizing to be a part of the solution everyday.
